I have been gambling at this casino for over a year now lost alot of money but it used to let me win sometimes, now with their new software or different tables there is no chance to win just now played 3 hands on the 1st hand it was 11 and after a hit it became 21 on the 2nd hand 4 and an ace hit it boom 6 and 2nd 21 on the 3rd hand 4 and an ace again hit 5 and became 20 , dealer was showing a jack turns the card and its a fkn ace under i had 21,21,20 and lost all 3 hands this gets me angry if how the hell when out of the blue u have a decent hand dealer pulls out blackjack? I think im done with this site i cant take the loss anymore and would recommend not to join any online gambling websites specifically this casino.

Such an irresponsible company!
They use Facebook to dump high-pressure adverts onto the timelines of potentially vulnerable people with a history of gambling problems. Disgraceful! Very slow at paying out
Very slow at paying out have sent all verification docs in received confirmation that they are all fine, however payout is still pending. I phoned up to get an update to be told they dont know when it could be paid out could be tomorrow could be day after or could be even later.

I have been a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer (VIP Elite the highest membership) for over 7+ years. I have noticed that their benefits started deteriorating with time and VIP team started shrinking. I have decided to delete my account today after a continuous loss streak ($1500 in 1 day with max win on the spin being $200). I have contacted Christina from the VIP team to delete my account (she offered me $300 once I said i lost 1500, of which i declined to receive given the overall ratio is non comparative (lost over 10,000+ in 1 year) and i asked her to go ahead with the official process to delete the account, it amazes me that once i approved to go ahead I was kicked out on the account on spot without even a second thought or a respectful goodbye. Shows you how much they care about their “VIP Customers (cashcows)”. Please note that I have spent over $50,000 in total, if your looking for people who care go elsewhere.

Casino.com is a SCAM. do not trust them.
They’re thieves! They literally took all my withdrawals and then blamed me after for it. DO NOT use this site. I have never gambled online and this was my first and last time because they literally robbed me and then did their “investigation” once I noticed and then still wouldn’t even offer me a settlement. They took $20000 from me. When I asked for a detailed report on the investigation they couldn’t and refused to give it to me so I could go to the police. This is a SCAM. do not trust them.
