I have been a loyal customer (VIP Elite the highest membership) for over 7+ years. I have noticed that their benefits started deteriorating with time and VIP team started shrinking. I have decided to delete my account today after a continuous loss streak ($1500 in 1 day with max win on the spin being $200). I have contacted Christina from the VIP team to delete my account (she offered me $300 once I said i lost 1500, of which i declined to receive given the overall ratio is non comparative (lost over 10,000+ in 1 year) and i asked her to go ahead with the official process to delete the account, it amazes me that once i approved to go ahead I was kicked out on the account on spot without even a second thought or a respectful goodbye. Shows you how much they care about their “VIP Customers (cashcows)”. Please note that I have spent over $50,000 in total, if your looking for people who care go elsewhere.
