I have been a loyal customer (VIP Elite the highest membership) for over 7+ years. I have noticed that their benefits started deteriorating with time and VIP team started shrinking. I have decided to delete my account today after a continuous loss streak ($1500 in 1 day with max win on the spin being $200).
